The Red Noodle Pole Bean is an eye-catching and productive heirloom variety, known for its striking burgundy-red pods that can grow up to 18 inches long. This vigorous climber thrives in warm climates, reaching maturity in 80-90 days. The beans have a tender, crisp texture and a mildly sweet flavor, perfect for stir-fries, salads, and steaming. As they cook, the red color deepens, adding visual appeal to dishes. Plant these beans in well-drained soil with full sun and provide sturdy support for their vigorous vines.

Different But Good!

I grew these noodle beans in my very warm greenhouse in a container and they flourished! They produced beans between 2 and 3 feet long. Even though they were long they stayed thin and tender.

We sautéed them with butter and they were definitely different. They had a similar taste to asparagus with a hint of mushroom. At least that’s what it tasted like to me. I would definitely grow this variety again.

The best!

I'm Gerard from Lebanon Middle East I'm a small scale farmer and I'm happy I took the decision to start buying from you. The service and the packaging are amazing. We don't have these in Lebanon and I can't wait to try them! I will definitely submit a full review after planting them.

Love them!

I have a very small space to grow stuff so vertical is the way for me. These do not disappoint! They are beautiful, prolific and very delicious. They stay dark after cooking so it's a pretty presentation also.

Abundant beans!

Not only are these beans so fun to grow because of how gorgeous they are they are soooo prolific! They tend to take a little bit slower in the beginning compared to other beans planted at the same time but once they shoot off you’ll be overflowing with beans!
