A self-fruitful variety of mid-season raspberries. This small-fruited nearly black variety of raspberry is ideal for fresh eating and jams or jellies. The fruit has more seeds than red varieties but the flavor is so intense. The plants produce copious amounts of fruits and plants will grow into large patches of canes in just a few years. One of the most vigorous raspberry varieties.

Beautiful plants

I needed to wait a bit before these could be planted outdoors so I popped the bare root plants into pots and they quickly flushed full of leaves and lots of growth! So excited to have this variety in our new garden!

Strong raspberry plant.

Ordered and planted last year, managed to get two of the berries (delicious!), the birds got the rest. Might try to dig up and plant in a new location, due to the raspberry trying to take over one of my garden rows.
