An heirloom was originally grown in Europe by many allotment growers for decades. This variety is becoming increasingly hard to find. It's prized for its hardy resilience to cold and large 2" wide stalks. Yields approximately 30% more than standard leek varieties.
I love growing these. Germination rate is great.
Germination of my leek seeds have been great and they are getting bigger every day and will be planting them in the middle of May I believe
Sorry, didn't plant yet, but your prices and quality is so good, I'm not worried!
Sowed about 20 of them the day they arrived and all have germinated. First time growing these, excellent quality seeds.
First time planting these, I probably will buy again

Great fertilizer. Used for the first time last year for my fall bulbs and they were stunning and strong come spring. Planting another 250 bulbs this fall so came back for more bulb fertilizer. I also use the Trifecta. Can’t go wrong with any of Luke’s amendments.
Great germination and very prolific.
I grew this in a straw bale garden in 2025 and really enjoyed it. It grew amazingly well and was beautiful, so I purchased more for 2026. Michigan zone 6b.
I have grown these for the last few years and they are hands down my favorite. I like romas and firm tomatoes. These remind me of mini romas. These are less prone to splitting, super easy to harvest and has a super great flavor and very meaty. YUM!
The cloves are large, full and heavy. Of the two cloves I kept (shared 2 with my daughter), 12 were large enough to plant, 1 will be consumed.
