Blue Hopi corn is a traditional heirloom variety treasured by the Hopi Native Americans for its striking blue kernels and cultural significance. This robust, drought-tolerant corn grows up to 8-10 feet tall and matures in about 100-110 days. The kernels, rich in anthocyanins, offer a mildly sweet, nutty flavor and are ideal for making blue cornmeal, tortillas, and traditional dishes. Blue Hopi is a valuable addition to any garden.
I won’t be able to offer an authentic review of this product as I purchased it with intentions to plant it this spring. I am looking forward to growing this, though.
Everything looks great!
Blue Hopi Corn
Looking forward to planting
I grow these every year and they do very well. The harvest never makes it back into the house. I love to snack on them while I’m in the garden and my kids enjoy them too.
Rose tomatoe. I planted 5 seeds 4 germinated. I already transplanted them.
This basil is insane!! It’s growing so fast and the leaves are as big as the palm of my hand!
Awesome color on these. Beautiful addition to the (majority pink shades) zinnias I usually grow.
I have way more celery than I have room to plant!
