Indeterminate - The Beefsteak tomato is a large slicing variety. The fruits are very meaty and have small seed cavities. A great tomato for sauces, plain eating, salads, burgers, sandwiches, and even grilling! Beefsteaks are heavy producers! Excellent source of Vitamins: A, & C and contains B, calcium. Iron, and potassium.

Good producer

I grew these last season, and they were short squatty plants but boy did They produce the best tomatoes... no cracking, delicious and highly productive. Excellent quality and will grow again!

Best Tomato Seeds

Planted the last Beefsteak Tomato seed from MIGardener this season. The seed packs were from 2022, my tomatoes were almost the size of a paper plate and I had 100% germination with those seeds. I purchased multiple packs for next year. Always have at least a 98-100% germination rate with the seed, bought from them.
