Indeterminate - An incredibly stunning 1980’s heirloom. A fairly new variety to the scene. The Vintage wine tomato is a brandywine variety of tomato and will produce 10-16oz. tomatoes. Glamorous red and gold stripes are bound to make an impression. Plants will produce an abundance of fruits per plant requiring more substantial staking to hold up such a large yield. Sweet and mild in taste, making it a good all purpose variety.
I've been buying from MI for several years now. Have always had really good luck. Big fan :)
I have not planted these yet (it's January) but I have never received any seeds from MIgardener that did not produce good results
Definitely a permanent tomato variety that i will grow each and every year. Ive had great success for 5 years with the vintage wine. It is a potato leaf variety like brandywines are. The flavor is delicious. Not too acidic but has a earthy sweetness . Not much gel inside and pretty meaty . Perfect for canning or eating whoke or wedges.
The color when fully ripe is really unique which was tue first reason i grew them years ago. Highly recommend other growerers to try the vintage wine tomato.
Best looking and very good tasting … growing it for few years and will always will be a staple in our garden
My favorite slicing tomato, with great flavor, and beautiful appearance!!
I grow these every year and they do very well. The harvest never makes it back into the house. I love to snack on them while I’m in the garden and my kids enjoy them too.
Rose tomatoe. I planted 5 seeds 4 germinated. I already transplanted them.
This basil is insane!! It’s growing so fast and the leaves are as big as the palm of my hand!
Awesome color on these. Beautiful addition to the (majority pink shades) zinnias I usually grow.
I have way more celery than I have room to plant!
