Blue Corn!

Been growing Blue Hopi Corn for past two years. They have done well for me both in ground and in fabric growbags. Resilient crops that love the sun. Excellent flavor when nixtamalized.

Strong, sturdy corn.

It grew very strong and very fast compared to other varieties. I for sure thought the pests were going to take it out, but it seemed to be able to keep growing despite all the abuse.

I haven't grown it yet as of me writing this review but, I've seen others growing it for their personal corn meal crop so I'm excited to get to taste this variety for myself. I haven't had any issues with my pervious seed orders.
