After planting too late in the fall, I’m amazed these plants are developing. Not sure if I’ll get any significant “bulb” formation as we inch into spring but the plants look really healthy even after getting hit with snow and a stretch of below freezing nights

The purple has done much better for us than the white Vienna. Eve gotten some vice bulbs with delicious flavor.
