 Russet Burbank potatoes are a classic, versatile variety celebrated for their rich flavor and excellent cooking qualities. These large, oblong potatoes have a thick, netted russet skin and dry, fluffy white flesh, making them perfect for baking, mashing, frying, or roasting.

A late-season variety, they mature in about 95-115 days and thrive in well-drained, nutrient-rich soil with full sun.

Russet Burbank potatoes store exceptionally well, maintaining their quality for months under proper conditions.

When properly harvested, cured, and stored, they can last for 6 to 8 months, making them one of the best potato varieties for long-term storage.
