AnnualThis gorgeous variety is just as tasty as it is beautiful! Deep red pods are complemented by bright green leaves on a plant that will give high yields throughout the summer. Pods are tender and delicious. When cooked, the leaves turn purple! Pods reach 6-8 inches in length. Harvest early and often for best flavor.

It germinated after 3 days! Will be back and rate it after it grows out and gives me okra to harvest!
Almost 100% germination, I think 4 years in a row. The pods are delicious, long and plentiful. Highly recommend!!!

Last year I decided to plant a "tunnel" of sunflowers on the other side of my tall blueberry bushes and these added a colorful variety to the typical yellow! These are now a favorite that will be a "grow again!"
I received a packet of this mix with a previous greenstalk order through MIgardener (best price around!) and was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to grow and how delicious it was! I’ve never grown salad greens before and this was the perfect mix. Even after burning out on gardening late in the summer, I will always look forward to growing this salad green mix in the spring. Our banana peppers arrived fairly quickly, even though there was a winter storm in Michigan.
I'm sure they will do well, as most seeds from Migardener do well.
