Off to a good start

I started some seeds indoors on 2/9/2025 and all were sprouted up by 2/13/2025. I'm looking forward to watching these grow and working them into some new recipes.

Nice Bok Choy. Produced well for me in spring & fall.

Nice Bok Choy. Produced well for me in spring & fall. My only problem was keeping they pests off of them. They were very popular with the insects. I should probably use a cover next time to get perfect specimens.
