Hardneck
1 full head
Making a stop in Canada prior to making its journey to us here in the United States, Music is a hard neck variety that originated from Italy. This heirloom variety has weathered even the toughest winter conditions making it particularly suitable for the northern states, specifically in the Pacific Northwest Region as well as widely grown in most of Canada. Although hard neck garlic is not known for its storage capabilities, Music can maintain its vitality longer than most! Once harvested, this variety will take you through the winter into early spring. This porcelain variety has a robust and pungent flavor and aroma.
Type: Porcelain
Cloves per Bulb: Approximately 4-7 cloves
Flavor Profile: robust and pungent flavor and aroma
Storage Life: 7-9 months
All bulbs were healthy and all sprouted. Excited to have them in the spring!
Music (Hardneck) Garlic
My first order of garlic from MI. It was in really good condition and tucked into the garden.
Seed garlic arrived in great condition. I just got them planted, so I can’t speak about successful “germination” or harvesting, yet. But, I always have great success with anything I purchase from MIGardener. 😊

Amazing germination rates for these Anaheim chili peppers. Can’t wait to get them in the ground
We've had 9 of 12 seeds started germinate with the 9 seedlings now around 1 to 1.5 inches tall and looking very healthy. We are going to prick them out, pot them up, share a few with neighbors this coming week. We highly recommend MIGardener seeds -they are a great value in our opinion.
I've had excellent germination rates with MI Gardner seeds so it's where I go for my major seed order each year. Enjoy the videos too...an excellent source of info for gardners of all levels!
Very sturdy
I use their casting worms as well as their bone meal and their trifecta fertilizer in my garden every year and my plants love it.
