AnnualThymus vulgaris. Thyme is one of the most widely used culinary herbs. An intensely lemony aroma with a subtle Mediterranean feel. Great cooked or added fresh to salad dressings. Dry over the winter or grow fresh on the windowsill. Leaves are green at the base of the plant and become a beautiful bluish-green as the leaf grows and matures. Can be grown as a perennial.

Excellent Germination!
One of my favorite things to grow is spinach, I grow mostly in containers so I like to try and get as much as possible out of my small garden. This variety definitely does that. I get massive leaves and fill up a gallon sized ziplock bag relatively quickly every week when the harvest begins.
Germination went very well, popped up within a few days. Growing well!
