AnnualThis carrot is stunning in every way. 6-8" long, this variety originated in Northern Africa. Dramatically colored, the center is black all the way through with the occasional purple ring. Makes a gorgeous dark purple juice that turns bright pink if you add a splash of lemon juice! This variety amazingly holds its color when cooked and is rich in vitamins.
Can't wait to get these out in the garden. As always a fantastic amount of seeds and great quality.

Black Nebula Carrot
I love adding these purple carrots to my salads! The seeds germinate really well, and they grow fast. They are a little “furry” from the fine roots that grow along the length of the carrot, but they come off easily when they are washed. Definitely recommend growing these, and I really am glad that MIgardener sells these seeds!

We've had 9 of 12 seeds started germinate with the 9 seedlings now around 1 to 1.5 inches tall and looking very healthy. We are going to prick them out, pot them up, share a few with neighbors this coming week. We highly recommend MIGardener seeds -they are a great value in our opinion.
