These beets, maturing in 90-100 days, are prized for their high sugar content, making them ideal for home sugar production and animal feed. Sugar Beetroots are not a typical beet; they have a very large white and tapered root that can weigh up to 1 foot long and 3-5 pounds apiece. They are very frost tolerant. Their tops can grow 1-2' tall and can be eaten, lightly grazed, or fed to animals.
