Shipping policy
We ship all orders within 7-10 business days, sometimes sooner. Once an order has shipped it cannot be altered or cancelled. You will receive an email with tracking to follow your order.
At this time we ship to only the United States, Canada & Mexico. We apologize for the inconvience.
MIgardener can no longer ship to international countries because many of these countries now require a phytosanitary certificate, which is a document issued by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA). This certificate ensures that plants, seeds, and agricultural products meet specific health standards to prevent the spread of pests and diseases. Unfortunately, MIgardener does not currently provide this service, making it impossible to meet the phytosanitary requirements for international shipping. While we strive to offer the best products to all gardeners, compliance with these regulations requires additional resources and processes that are not part of our current offerings.
Shipping will depend on where you are located.
If you are in the United States or Canada, just seed orders with a minimum of $19.99, shipping is free. Anything under $19.99, shipping will be applied.
If you have any merchandise in your orders (fertilizer, shirt, other garden accessories) shipping will be added. Cost of shipping will depend on the weight of your order.
Any orders outside of the US and Canda, shipping will be applied.
We have a processing time of 7-10 business days to get your order out.
We use USPS to ship our orders. Once your label is created, depending on the time of year, orders can take anywhere from 5-7 days to arrive. We offer a tracking number once your order is shipped for you to follow.
International order do take longer to ship and can take anywhere from 30-90 days to arrive.
Returns and exchanges
Refunds for purchases made through MIgardener need to be requested within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will not be issued for lack of germination, or conditions deemed beyond our control. All refunds are given at the sole discretion of MIgardener staff. International orders are not protected under the refund policy and MIgardener will not be held accountable for any packages lost, stolen, or seized by customs. The international buyer accepts full risk. MIgardener reserves the right to not issue a refund for reasons or conditions not mentioned.
