Shipping policy

We ship all orders within 7-10 business days, sometimes sooner. Once an order has shipped it cannot be altered or cancelled. You will receive an email with tracking to follow your order.

At this time we ship to every country worldwide, with the exception of:

Afghanistan, Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Belgium, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Cyprus, Denmark, Ecuador, Egypt, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, Gambia, Germany, Ghana, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Latvia, Malta, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nigeria, Norway, Oman, Pakistan, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, United Kingdom, & United Arab Emrites

These countries requires a phytosanitary certificate,which is issued by the US Department of Agriculture. We do not provide this service right now.

Before placing an order please make sure to research your countries policies on seed imports. If your order is sent back to us due to your custom's policies, we can not resend your order back. It will be up to the customer to notify us to request a refund for their order.

Shipping will depend on where you are located and what you are ordering.

If you are in the United States or Canada, just seed orders with a minimum of $19.99, shipping is free. Anything under $19.99, shipping will be applied.

If you have any merchandise in your orders (fertilizer, shirt, other garden accessories) shipping will be added. Cost of shipping will depend on the weight of your order. 

Any orders outside of the US and Canada, shipping will be applied.

We have a processing time of 7-10 business days to get your order out.

We use USPS to ship our orders. Once your label is created, depending on the time of year, orders can take anywhere from 5-7 days to arrive. We offer a tracking number once your order is shipped for you to follow.

International order do take longer to ship and can take anywhere from 30-90 days to arrive.

Returns and exchanges

Refunds for purchases made through MIgardener need to be requested within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will not be issued for lack of germination, or conditions deemed beyond our control. All refunds are given at the sole discretion of MIgardener staff. International orders are not protected under the refund policy and MIgardener will not be held accountable for any packages lost, stolen, or seized by customs. The international buyer accepts full risk. MIgardener reserves the right to not issue a refund for reasons or conditions not mentioned.
