Refund Policy

Seeds

All seed packets are guaranteed for two (2) years from the packed-by date.

If, within the two-year guarantee period, the germination rate is unsatisfactory, MIgardener may, at its sole discretion:

• Replace the seed packet with a fresh packet (when available),
• Issue store credit, or
• Provide a refund.

Because seed inventory changes from season to season, replacement seed packets are generally only available for seed that is within one (1) year of the packed-by date. For seed packets that are more than one (1) year past the packed-by date, MIgardener may issue store credit or a refund in lieu of a replacement.

Hard Goods

Returns or refund requests for hard goods must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.

Used items are generally not eligible for return or refund, unless otherwise approved by MIgardener.

All returns, replacements, refunds, and store credits are subject to review and approval at the sole discretion of MIgardener.

Money-Back Guarantee

When a refund is approved under our Money-Back Guarantee, the refund is limited to the purchase price paid for the item at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by MIgardener, shipping charges, additional compensation, cash reimbursement beyond the original purchase price, or other credits will not be provided.

MIgardener may, at its sole discretion, replace the product, issue store credit, or provide a refund.
