I haven't planted the small reds previously, just the large reds. If they are anything like the large reds, the germination rates will be fantastic and the fruiting will be so prolific I have to adjust my planting down. Started my seeds on 12/31/25. I’ve had almost 100% germination and the onion seedlings are a couple of inches tall at this point (1/9/26). Looking forward to a great harvest!
