AnnualSweet/Hot Pepper - 1,000-2,000 SHU. This apple-shaped variety is sweet with a hint of smoky heat in the seeds. Best for drying and grinding into the paprika seasoning. Fruits will be creamy white at first and will transition to bright red when they are ready to harvest.

100% germination on these seeds, and they are the most vigorous, lush, healthy peppers of all the dozens of varieties i have going right now! They're a few weeks old, so I can't comment on the flavor yet, but just have to say seed quality and plant health are 1st place here!
Although I have not planted them yet, I planted to plant Alma Paprika this Spring 2026!

The seeds came quickly and were in good condition. I have had good germination rates with them as well. It's my first time growing celery. We'll see how the rest of the growing season goes.
