Rosita Eggplant

I got this packet for next season at the end of the year seed sale. I have gotten these from MIGardener before, and they're pretty darn good. I wouldnt say they are the absolute most productive variety, but what you do end up getting are beautiful and good sized compared to the skinny asian type eggplants that are more productive. The tradeoff is in the usage of what you plan to cook with them. In this case, these are good for eggplant parm and battered and fried instead of stir fried.
