AnnualAn heirloom variety of brussel sprouts originating in the Catskill mountains of New York dating back to 1941. Plants are very cold hardy, and will reach 2 feet tall. They form decent-sized brussel sprouts, each averaging the size of a ping-pong ball. Sprouts will get sweeter with frost and cold weather.
Haven’t put them out in the garden yet, but they germinated in 2-3 days!
Getting ready to plant them for a spring harvest. Can't wait to roast them on the BBQ. 🤠
