Buy 5+ of any Elderberry for automatic 10% off
1 Plug Plant: This is one of several newer elderberry varieties from Denmark. Plants are vigorous, producing long shoots from soil level one growing season and bearing fruit the next. These are removed after bearing and replaced by the current year's growth. This makes the plant easy to prune and manage as a bush. Large fruit clusters with good flavor ripen in August each year. Berries have very high anthocyanin content—very good for you! This is the more productive variety.
Harvest Time: August
Best in zones: 3-7
Size of Plant: 6-8 feet tall and 2-5 feet wide
Age of Plant: 1 Year
Shipped as: Plugs
Both varieties are required for cross-pollination in a ratio of 1 Samyl : 5 Samdal.
The Samdal is doing great, the Samy was long legged so I am trying to root the long stems. It is still freezing at night so they are inside.
Absolutely beautiful. Packaged perfect for the plant! One even bloomed this year and i just recieved them!
These arrived in great condition, very happy with the quality of the plugs
I am very happy with how these arrived-they are far superior to anything you would find at the big box store
Well packaged, arrived in tact
I planted these beets last year and they were so successful I ordered more for this year.
All of my seeds grew from last year. I have been very pleased and look forward to this new order growing this coming spring.
growing a few of these indoors under a light for winter sandwiches. they came up fine still to small to eat so jury is out on taste. growing winter plants also puts moisture in the house and it is very dry this year so bonus.
Amazing seeds, amazing packaging and amazing prices!
Migardener’s lemon balm is super easy to grow. It comes back every year here in Michigan. You can use it fresh or dried. My favorite for iced tea.
