Hopeful

I’ve not had much luck with Strawberries in the past, but I planted these in a grow tower and am hopeful! I’ve had great success with MI Gardener seeds so I thought that I would try the barefoot plants!

Beauties

The plants arrived healthy. Their growth has been amazing in this South Texas heat.

I will not buy again

I received this order on 04/01/2025. The plants were well packaged and a few of them had some green on them. I placed them in some water to perk them up but seems only 4 of the 10 have any signs of life. There might (possibly) be another plant that is alive. I have planted the four that had some new growth on them. I had the same experience with the Mara Des Bois I bought in May 2024. Only a couple of those were alive as well. Hopefully, the four that are alive will live to produce more plants.

Albion strawberry

I put the plants in a bucket of water for maybe 15 minutes then planted them
They have been planted for maybe a week now and only three of them out of 20 show any signs of life
I have another variety that is yet to arrive and I’m having doubts that it will be worth my efforts to plant them
