The leaves of Amaranth, also called Indian Spinach have a delightful flavor that resembles that if of sweet, but slightly spicy spinach.

Great germination

There was only one seed that didn't grow, but due to weather harsh conditions we weren't able to harvest. I highly recommend these seeds due to 99% germination, which is the best I have had rom any other company. Thanks Migardener very pleased customer.

Excited to plant these!
