Grilled Potatoes With Asparagus

This Dish is very simple, but a must try for summer grilling.

Grilled Potatoes with Asparagus

Serves 4
Ingredients:

  • 3 red potatoes sliced 1/4 inch thickness
  • 2 white potatoes sliced 1/4 inch thickness
  • 5 spears of asparagus cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 Tsp. Salt
  • 1 Tsp. Pepper
  • 2 Tbs. olive oil
  • 1 Tbs. butter
  • 2 Tsp. parsley
  • 1 Tsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 Tsp. Worchester sauce
  • 2 Tsp. oregano

Oven-Roasted-Red-Potatoes-and-Asparagus1                            

 

      Directions:

    - Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl
    - Pour onto a plate lined with aluminum foil
    - Fold aluminum foil together to seal
    - Place on grill for 15-20 minutes
