AnnualAdzuki beans (Vigna angularis) are small, hardy legumes prized for their sweet, nutty flavor and nutritional benefits. These beans grow on compact, bushy plants that reach about 1-2 feet in height, making them ideal for small gardens. Maturing in 90-120 days, adzuki beans produce vibrant red pods containing small, dark red seeds. Rich in protein, fiber, and essential nutrients, they are commonly used in Asian cuisine, especially in sweet dishes and red bean paste.
They look great but my ground is still frozen! I am looking forward to growing them and appreciate the price point.

Last year I decided to plant a "tunnel" of sunflowers on the other side of my tall blueberry bushes and these added a colorful variety to the typical yellow! These are now a favorite that will be a "grow again!"
