I grew these last year, had a lot of trouble getting them started due to wet weather and pests that kept eating the seedlings. Hoping to get a better start and crop this year. What I did get made phenomenal pickles and relish.

Best success I have ever had with cucumbers. Still fell prey to cucumber beetle and squash vine borer. One down side. VERY sensitive to watering levels and does not tolerate any periods of drought.

I grew these from seeds indoors and transplanted to big pots on the patio. The plants grow big so be prepared with tall tomato cages or some kind of support close to 5-6 feet tall.

Harvested my first cucumber on June 13. I've been harvesting 3-4 cucumbers a day since late June, it's now mid-August. Except for the one super-hot week in July.

These plants got huge and produced a ton! Pickled a ton of cucumbers from just three plants. They did start to get bitter in the heat like most cucumbers do.
