Sprayer broke after 1 month of use

I purchased a100 ft vego hi flow hose reel and the multi sprayer broke after a month of use. The side came off the handle and it just sprays everywhere basically making it unusable . I have contacted the manufacturer for a replacement piece as it has a 2 year warranty. Hopefully they will send me a new sprayer . The hose reel and hose are working well otherwise.
