This was one of the pumpkin varieties I was looking forward to the most this year, and they did not disappoint! I grew two plants and got 6 pumpkins, between 6 and 9 pounds. They are absolutely beautiful, so I definitely used them to decorate with while I waited to use them! Since they are a medium-small pumpkin, they are easy to work with, and the puree has a lovely sweetness to it. The puree is the right consistency for baking without straining, which is automatically awesome. I’m getting about one cup of puree per pound of pumpkin. The seeds are great for roasting as well—not crazy thick. Can’t recommend this pumpkin enough for so many reasons!
