These are GREAT!!!! I wish I had gotten them earlier and started growing them years ago.I cut some of the leaves off of each plant then let them keep growing more leaves. They taste really good after a frost. Sauteed them with olive oil, garlic, bacon and S+P. YUMMY!!!!! Already got more seeds starting for even more plants. LOVE THEM!!!!

These were started indoors on 2/9/2025. 100% sprouted by 2/12/2025.

These have grown nicely, but they sure do attract the pests. I am hoping they will do better as the season changes

The collards are outstanding! I grew them from seed in my greenhouse and planted them in containers and a raised bed. They have done great and my wife and I have enjoyed several great meals of these greens. I will plant more of them in my fall garden.
