AnnualTrigonella foenum-graecum. A delicious green with edible seeds. Greens are used in traditional Indian cuisine for their strong curry-like taste in flatbreads and main dishes. I purchased a packet of these seeds for the sole purpose of using Fenugreek as a substitute for curry in dishes that my husband loves but can't have because I have severe asthma and can not tolerate curry being cooked in my home if I wish to continue to breathe.
Now, I plan to use the seeds in baking and all sorts of other stuff as well! Glad that I tried Fenugreek!

Gardening for over 40 years. The Trifecta very impressed has all the elements I want in a fertilizer. Next year I will buy the largest amount.
Second squash to produce for me. Picked young and the skin is very thin/easily bruises. Roasted first batch and they were a delicious mild flavor! Very soft but the roasting gave a nice crust on them. 2nd batch mixed in a stir fry and it overcooked very easily and was mushy. I like how prolific this plant is and the mild taste. Just need to make sure not to overcook. Well definitely grow again.
So far it's been going well. I'm going to try some on my indoor grow now.
Planting strawberries for the first time and all of the plants are doing great except for one that is struggling to grow. Instructions that arrived with the plants was extremely helpful! Very happy with my purchase and looking forward to next year's harvest.
