Indeterminate. This 1920s variety has a wonderful true tomato flavor that is earthy and sweet at the same time. Deep maroon in color with fruits that grow up to 1 lb each. You can easily use this tomato for buns to make a sandwich! This is perfect for salsas, sauces, and cooking. Heavy yields on vigorous vines, support is essential for an ideal harvest.

Love these beauties for my tomato sandwiches in the summer.
Very good tomato.
Al seeds spouted within a week,
I still have seeds I saved because I loved how they taste and how easy they germinate and grow. But I find it difficult to tell when they should be picked for peek ripeness.
Larger than Black Krim and the flavor is great. Definitely a tomato to be proud of. This is a variety that will ripen on the later side of the summer. In the Pacific Northwest I can get 8 tomatoes that are almost blemish free before my season is over.

These things are SOOO fluffy! And they drop lots of seeds so you can have a nice reseeded sunflower patch of these big cuties, mine only grew to be about 5 ft but that was in poor condition so I can’t wait to see what these guys do in good soil!
So I live in Florida where you typically cannot grow lettuce during the summer, this plant somehow decided to go through ALL OF SUMMER and then decided to cooler wether is when it was gonna bolt.
There were major aphid issues on the one I was growing so I didn’t get to eat much of it but it tasted okay, almost didn’t have a real taste to it to be honest
Just planted my garlic using Bulb Plus
The bulbs were large and healthy looking. Great price also. I can’t wait for planting time.
These are like XL cherry tomatoes (1.5-2 inches wide) that taste great and are uniform in size. I will be growing more of this variety next Spring.
