AnnualThis variety prefers a light and sandy growing area with plenty of space for large melons to form. Fruits have been known to grow up to 50 lbs a piece! Water this variety generously and consistently for about 10 days until the fruits are about the size of a tennis ball to get them started for success.

I love Watermelon so much you don't even understand I love them more then my wife.
Originally picked up in ‘23 and never got a chance to plant within the same year but this past summer had unexpected success. Got them in the ground late and they didn’t exactly get a prime location but by late summer we had a couple of gorgeous, sweet, watermelons! Cut into the first one to share with friends over for a garden party and they were in awe, nothing like fresh grown bragging rights.

I wasn't sure it would survive when I planted it, but it is growing. Very happy with my purchase
I immediately set this plant outside to begin hardening off. After about 2 weeks, I planted it in it's dedicated grow bag until I get a more permanent planter, and I must say it is living life. It has grown so much since I received it. I believe I'm going to remove the blossoms this year to continue promoting healthy growth.
Love this. I collect stickers on my garden notebook for fun and inspiration and this spoke to me.

Plants arrived in great condition. One plant did not take and ended up dying. We ordered 10 bare root plants, but actually got 1 extra so even after one failed, we still ended up with 10 great looking plants.
