Ambrosia corn is a delectable bicolor sweet corn variety celebrated for its exceptional taste and tenderness. The ears, typically 8-9 inches long, feature a delightful mix of yellow and white kernels that are juicy and sugary. Ambrosia corn is ideal for fresh eating, grilling, and freezing, retaining its sweet flavor and crisp texture. The plants are robust and resilient, making them a popular choice among home gardeners and farmers. Enjoy a bountiful harvest of sweet, flavorful corn that lives up to its name.
Hybrid Variety
This is one of our favorite corn varieties to grow in 6B Michigan. It produces well and has great germination rates. It also tastes great!
Grew fast and didn't get too tall that it shaded out other things. Unfortunately raccoons got to it first, but I'll be trying to grow more again this year.
Our family enjoyed this bicolored sweet corn. It did well in my square foot gardens with successon plantings. Also was not visited by corn borer this year.
This was hands down the best tasting corn I've ever had. New family favorite
10 seeds of Ambrosia were planted in a 2' x 4' space. Each germinated and gave us summer corn at home. Some stalks had 2 ears. In July we planted the rest of the square for another treat later. It melts in your mouth. There's nothing like corn 5 minutes from garden to table.

Gardening for over 40 years. The Trifecta very impressed has all the elements I want in a fertilizer. Next year I will buy the largest amount.
Second squash to produce for me. Picked young and the skin is very thin/easily bruises. Roasted first batch and they were a delicious mild flavor! Very soft but the roasting gave a nice crust on them. 2nd batch mixed in a stir fry and it overcooked very easily and was mushy. I like how prolific this plant is and the mild taste. Just need to make sure not to overcook. Well definitely grow again.
So far it's been going well. I'm going to try some on my indoor grow now.
Planting strawberries for the first time and all of the plants are doing great except for one that is struggling to grow. Instructions that arrived with the plants was extremely helpful! Very happy with my purchase and looking forward to next year's harvest.
Very happy with my purchase. I planted 40 seeds and they all germinated! Felt like I ran the lottery. Haven’t had a harvest yet but they are growing well. Already knee high. Very happy with my purchase
