This is an early variety of onion and is early maturing for those in short-season climates. It is a popular choice down south to use for sautees, soups, stews, and more! Not too pungent. The flavor is strong when fresh. After a few months of being cured the tears won't flow like a day or two after harvesting.

So far all 6 seeds that I planted have germinated and are growing well. I am planning on transplanting them into bigger pots soon until they’re ready for the garden.
