The Nadapeno pepper is a unique, heat-free variety of the classic jalapeño, offering the same rich flavor and crisp texture without the spiciness. These peppers grow to about 3 inches long and mature from green to red, providing visual appeal and versatility in culinary uses. Ideal for those who love the taste of jalapeños but prefer a milder option, Nadapeno peppers are perfect for salsas, salads, pickling, and stuffing. The plants are robust and prolific, thriving in full sun and well-drained soil, and typically maturing in 70-80 days. Enjoy all the benefits of jalapeños without the heat!
Not time to take them outdoors all day, but my seedlings all sprouted and I am excited for a great harvest! Thank you MI Gardener!
Great germination so far!
100% germination rate! I love this plant.
These are flavorful peppers with very little spice. One plant is extremely productive. Use in place of jalapenos for a family friendly option. Pickles and dries well.
This past garden season (2024) was the second year growing Nadapenos.
They are truly a sweet pepper. No heat whatsoever. The plant itself is highly productive.

These were cut on April 22nd and planted April 23, 2025. They came up on May 4th. I'm in central SD, zone 4b. Next year, I'll get more!
Hard to leave a review just planted them.. but over all I was pleased when they arrived ❤️
I wasn't sure it would survive when I planted it, but it is growing. Very happy with my purchase
I immediately set this plant outside to begin hardening off. After about 2 weeks, I planted it in it's dedicated grow bag until I get a more permanent planter, and I must say it is living life. It has grown so much since I received it. I believe I'm going to remove the blossoms this year to continue promoting healthy growth.
Love this. I collect stickers on my garden notebook for fun and inspiration and this spoke to me.
