AnnualGolden Detroit beet is a vibrant variety known for its striking golden-yellow roots and mild, sweet flavor. This variety is the best-tasting raw beet on the market! MI Gardener is my “go to” for vegetable seeds. I liked that they send follow up emails regarding the status of my order. Most of all I liked that they are affordable. I have not yet planted the seeds yet but I look forward to doing so. This season I plan to use tule netting over my beets and for extra protection I’ll plant dill or lavender to attract parasitoid wasps that will control the leaf miners.

So far all 6 seeds that I planted have germinated and are growing well. I am planning on transplanting them into bigger pots soon until they’re ready for the garden.
My old reliable variety, always produces an abundance of tomatoes towards the end of the season!
Little pepper plants popped up quickly, they seem to be doing very well thus far.
Really great germination, I am currently growing them in my hydroponic system.
