The turnip roots are large averaging 4 inches in diameter and are a beautiful golden yellow color. Rich in iron, vitamin K, C, and potassium. A great source of fiber and essential beta carotene that helps with healthy vision! Delicious peppery taste.

Germination very good, pest pressure a bit more than my other fall vegetables. Looking forward to them soon. Looking to mix the greens with collards that are also doing really well.
