Best Eggplant for Florida

This southern favorite can take the heat and still produce big beautiful
eggplants, this is my go to eggplant for our hot climate. We cube it and soak it in salt water for about 30 minutes and deep fry it.

Planted this beauty later in the summer. Currently growing and looks exactly like the picture but haven't had the opportunity to eat as it isn't ripe yet.
