This variety produces huge, dark green leaves with delicious flavor. Slow to bolt and is very easy to grow. Perfect for any gardener. Cold-hardy leaves are rich and buttery. Wonderful eaten raw, cooked, or preserve in the freezer to use later. Add it to a pasta dish with some basil and heirloom spaghetti sauce!
I didn't have great luck growing last year but this year my spinach has been taking off and growing these big leaves! Great seed!
I had even better germination the 2nd year of sowing these seeds. I wintersowed in 1 jug that gave me a few plants and I also started seeds indoors and was very successful. Great tasting as well.
We love fresh spinach and thus did well! I winter sowed it and then put it in a pot on my porch for easy harvesting. Thanks!
My first quality spinach seed not from ebay lol. Im new to gardening but learnt a lot from youtube and all but one of my spinach germinated and now my family can enjoy them fresh whenever they like since I have so many growing at a time. I do have a heat mat, grow light with timer and a great seed starting mix (coco coir, leftover coffee grounds, perlite, worm castings). I have bought 24 types of seeds in total from MiGardener and have yet to plant the rest once my soil is amended. Thanks to them from everything and not gatekeeping knowledge or taxing for seeds. The Pictures are mixed seedling that I am running an experiment on with cheap shop lights vs a professional grow light on my own youtube.
My kids loved collecting This spinach from the garden, most of the time it didn’t make it into the house. Pest free, and huge leaves make for a quick mixed salad.

As described. Good germination.
We have nice fertile soil in our greenhouse and able to control those pesty little flea beetles that can decimate eggplants foliage. I've been keeping them under control with DE and my eggplants are massive in size, about 3-4 feet tall with 1 foot lower leaves.
The eggplants fruit are developing nicely, nearly doubling in size daily. There are plenty of blossoms too. We're expecting that we won't need to grow more for a few years, we're planning on freeze drying most if them.
I purchased several packs of seeds from MiGardener during the semi annual sale, and they did not disappoint! Nearly 100 percent germination rate on all seeds I've planted. The only thing I haven't been able to germinate is lemon grass, which I'm learning may 1 take a very long time to germinate in general and 2 need bottom heat to help them sprout. Even without being on sale 2 bucks a seed pack for the amount they give (very generous compared to other companies, I might add) is a crazy good deal. If you have been on the fence, I encourage you to give MiGardener seeds a try! Thank you Luke and team, and Happy Gardening to all!
I'm not a seasoned gardener, so I don't necessarily know what's normal or not, but out of all the seeds I planted (got about a dozen different herbs and greens from MIgardener), the fenugreek was the quickest to sprout, had the highest germination rate, and the largest sprouting leaves. I'm pretty excited to watch them grow into beautiful plants.
Gardening for over 40 years. The Trifecta very impressed has all the elements I want in a fertilizer. Next year I will buy the largest amount.
