This carrot is stunning in every way. 6-8" long, this variety originated in Northern Africa. Dramatically colored, the center is black all the way through with the occasional purple ring. Makes a gorgeous dark purple juice that turns bright pink if you add a splash of lemon juice! This variety amazingly holds its color when cooked and is rich in vitamins.

Beautiful Carrot!

Is purchased the seeds bc I love growing ‘funky’ colored veggies. This carrot did not disappoint. Rich beautiful color on the side & beautiful ombré of colors when sliced.
