Indeterminate (25 seeds) - Named for the old timey country singer, this tomato is as classic as they come. Plants will produce pounds of 6-8 oz. tomatoes perfect for slicing. A good balance of sweetness and acidity make for a truly classic tomato flavor. Seeds are small and fruits ripen uniformly. A first choice for many market gardeners and chefs. Makes wonderful ketchup, spaghetti sauce, tomato soup, and is great eaten raw on sandwiches, burgers, or right off the vine.
So far, so good! Seeds are sprouting and there were plenty in each packet. Plus, such variety. Thank you!
Boxcar Willie Tomato
All of the seeds I started germinated. That is why I keep coming back to buy more seeds from you guys. Thank you!
I'm not 100% sure that the tomato seeds we grew from the seed packet were Boxcar Willies, they started green, turned yellow, then turned orange, and if left on the vine for a long time they would turn red, BUT they were delicious! We enjoyed harvesting them when they turned orange, the flavor was subtly fruity, only slightly acidic, and delightfully mild. At this point in my life, I think I can safely say it's the best tasting tomato I've ever tasted. So, I'm not 100% sure that what we grew was actually a Boxcar Willie or not, but we loved it, saved seeds, and will be growing it again next year!
best old fashioned taste.this takes me back to my childhood. these tomatoes taste awesome. migardner seeds always sprout and never fail.

This is my second time ordering these seeds, they gave me great harvest last season therefore I decided to reorder them! Thank you.
This is a beautiful basil. The leaves have stunning purple veins. Pleasant smell.
AT's reputation for drought tolerance is well deserved. In a part of the garden that was not watered this summer, AT is still going strong while the other varieties have given up. Something to consider if you're looking for a variety that can handle neglect.
These things are SOOO fluffy! And they drop lots of seeds so you can have a nice reseeded sunflower patch of these big cuties, mine only grew to be about 5 ft but that was in poor condition so I can’t wait to see what these guys do in good soil!
So I live in Florida where you typically cannot grow lettuce during the summer, this plant somehow decided to go through ALL OF SUMMER and then decided to cooler wether is when it was gonna bolt.
There were major aphid issues on the one I was growing so I didn’t get to eat much of it but it tasted okay, almost didn’t have a real taste to it to be honest
