Bright, lemony yellow flowers adorn a light brown interior. Pollinators love the flowers and they look beautiful when grown with other plants. Often used for cut flowers, the Lemon Queen sunflower was cultivated from a wild variety found native to North America. With it’s origins residing in the North America, this variety is said to be commercialized in Russia.

Great Flowers

Planted these in a seed tray. Got 10 out of 10 seeds germinating. Unfortunately, the squirrels found my tray and ate all the seedlings. 😞 Luckily, I still have seeds left in my packet and will start more. Will definitely buy more seeds from MIgardener.
