Winter Giant Spinach

Planted this fall; has germinated. Waiting for plants to get larger before harvesting.

I planted this during the 90+ degree weather this summer, when the parasite contamination was at it's peak in Michigan. We were desperate for greens. I have shade covers for my raised beds, and this spinach grew with lots of watering and trifecta, despite the heat. It was an experiment that paid off beyond my hopes, the plants flourished and I harvested enough to share with family, plus freeze for winter.

Fast germination, great seeds.

Great cool weather variety!! Germinated fast and plentiful. I don’t think this spinach will bolt at all. Perfect for our fall garden.

I LOVE this variety. Definitely a must have for everyone. Easy to grow, doesn’t need a lot of space, and super delicious. 10/10
