Bunching/Long Day- This Mediterranean specialty variety is sought out for its fantastic flavor and used as a bunching and fresh onion, not for storage. This is a rare type of onion suited to 40° and higher latitudes for pearl and cipollini onions, for small to medium onions at lower latitudes. The elongated purple bulbs add color to any dish.
Love your seeds and prices. Keep up the good work.
Red Long of Tropea Onion
I bought these seeds last season. Germination rate was too notch. I look forward to growing these next season!
Great germination rate. Wonderful flavor
OK, it goes like this, although I have yet to plant these Tropea Onions there is no doubt in my mind that they will exceed my expectations. I have been buying seeds from the time you all started selling them. I have never had a problem yet and don't expect to. I live in Tucson AZ and will plant these as soon as appropriate. EXCITED!!! For some reason I love red onions.....
This is an all-star! Armenian cukes have a mild taste, store well in the refrigerator, and are delightfully crunchy. I shared them with many friends this year and each one loved them and decided to grow them next year!
My seeds arrived safely, the order was accurate, and I love how MIGardener keeps their seed packet prices low (without skimping on the seed count!). This company has a great variety of high quality seeds, I always get a great germination percentage. This winter, I'm excited to start my indoor garden of greens and other small veg so I don't have to buy the overpriced (potentially coated in chemicals) produce at the store. Keep up the good work, MIG team! Thank you for being there :-)
I planted these beets last year and they were so successful I ordered more for this year.
All of my seeds grew from last year. I have been very pleased and look forward to this new order growing this coming spring.
growing a few of these indoors under a light for winter sandwiches. they came up fine still to small to eat so jury is out on taste. growing winter plants also puts moisture in the house and it is very dry this year so bonus.
