Long Day- This mini onion is perfect for bunching or cooking as a pearl variety. Cultivated from a short-day onion to grow in a long-day zone to produce small pearl onions. Grows in very uniform shapes, perfect for pickling.
100% germination
This is the best onion for soups and stews for me. They grow faster than my larger onions and are very versatile. I also plant them in between many of my other plants as a pest deterrent and it absolutely works!
I grew these onions this year and liked them so much that I ordered seeds for next year. They are smallish and good for pickling.
Haven't planted yet. Will do in Spring. But, they look good & healthy.
first time winter sowing in jugs WI zone 4b. i'm delighted to report we have little leaves!
just started more inside under lights. thank you for all the youtube info as well as the quality seeds that have helped me this far!
This is an all-star! Armenian cukes have a mild taste, store well in the refrigerator, and are delightfully crunchy. I shared them with many friends this year and each one loved them and decided to grow them next year!
My seeds arrived safely, the order was accurate, and I love how MIGardener keeps their seed packet prices low (without skimping on the seed count!). This company has a great variety of high quality seeds, I always get a great germination percentage. This winter, I'm excited to start my indoor garden of greens and other small veg so I don't have to buy the overpriced (potentially coated in chemicals) produce at the store. Keep up the good work, MIG team! Thank you for being there :-)
I planted these beets last year and they were so successful I ordered more for this year.
All of my seeds grew from last year. I have been very pleased and look forward to this new order growing this coming spring.
growing a few of these indoors under a light for winter sandwiches. they came up fine still to small to eat so jury is out on taste. growing winter plants also puts moisture in the house and it is very dry this year so bonus.
