AnnualA pre- 1860 heirloom. This variety is similar to the purple bulb plant with bright purple skin. Crisp in texture with a mild, sweet cabbage-like flavor. The bulbs grow to about 2-3″ across. The cabbage flavored flesh is white and delicious cooked or raw. Plants grow to 9-12″ tall. Excellent source of vitamin c.

Awesome producer and neat looking fruit! The abundant cucumber beetles seem to ignore the vines too!
Haven’t planted yet. Looking forward to adding to salads! So happy MIgarden had these. Hard to find Microgreen seeds
So far all 6 seeds that I planted have germinated and are growing well. I am planning on transplanting them into bigger pots soon until they’re ready for the garden.
My old reliable variety, always produces an abundance of tomatoes towards the end of the season!
Little pepper plants popped up quickly, they seem to be doing very well thus far.
