Planted in November or so in ATL, they have all come up and have great growth, bulking up nicely, should be ready to pull in a month or so I think. Super excited! I’m set for an entire year with all the garlic I got from y’all!
Planted 11/21/2024, all cloves sprouted 11/28, can't wait to see and taste the finished product, but so far so good.
Big bulbs and in great condition!
This seed garlic is great. No rotten cloves, good skin and it planted well. In the ground for 2 weeks in zone 9 and it's already popping up through the pine shaving mulch.
The cloves are smaller than some other soft neck varieties but I got 8 good cloves per head to plant. Once you get to the center cloves break the bottom plate away rather than breaking the cloves away, that will keep you from cracking the outer layers of the cloves. Even if you're using them for cooking, you should keep the flesh of the cloves protected.
So far it's sprouting.

I think I bought 5 packets which was good for covering 2/6ft beds
Everything grew quickly, lots of nitrogen fixers and it's all still thick & lush. I will chop & mulch into the soil after all this rain probably around December for the winter/spring garden season here in FL
Producing wonderfully :)
This doesn't fail to impress. Great variety that successfully blooms throughout the season!
Great seed quality!
I grew this pepper plant in a 20 gallon pot and it did very well. It produced dozens of small peppers that were spicy—hotter than your standard jalapeno. I put about 3 of these in my salsa to spice it up along with 5-7 whole jalapeños (I roast them which takes out a portion of the yea). This little plant produced so many peppers that I froze a gallon bag of them to use in recipes throughout the year.
