AnnualWinter Vine - The tender sweet yet nutty flesh is a great carb replacement. After roasting in the oven shred the flesh with a fork to reveal its noodle like appearance. This is a winter squash, and can be stored for 3-4 months, if kept in cool and dark location.
Seeds arrived fast, have not planted let, but looking forward to this season.
Very good producer and squash all grew true to seed.

The seeds came quickly and were in good condition. I have had good germination rates with them as well. It's my first time growing celery. We'll see how the rest of the growing season goes.
