Hibiscus sabdariffa. The Roselle, also referred to as the Asian Sour Leaf or Hibiscus sabdariffa, known for its vivid crimson calyces, which encase its seed pods. These calyces have a zesty, cranberry-like flavor that lends itself to a variety of culinary uses. Often used to make refreshing hibiscus tea, Roselle is prized for its tartness and vibrant hue. Rich in antioxidants, vitamin C, and minerals, it's not only delicious but also nutritious. Thriving in tropical and subtropical regions, Roselle is a versatile ingredient that adds a unique, tangy twist to beverages, jams, jellies, sauces, and more, reflecting its global culinary and cultural significance.
My favorite plant in my garden. Beautiful red stems and green leaves. It did take a little while for it to get going. Can’t wait for it to bloom.
I got 8 seeds in the pack instead of 10 but 7 germinated so I'm happy. We can collect seeds from one of the pods this fall so it's all good! I appreciate it!
Germinated well!
This was my first time growing this plant and it did not disappoint! Grew quickly and prolifically. My mistake was not staking them and we had a hurricane come through (Florida) and knock them over. I was able to stake them up after the fact and they continued to grow and produce lots of fruit.
Almost all my seeds sprouted! Can’t wait to see her in her full glory

Just what my garden needed! I was always tripping over my hose and putting it away was cumbersome. This Vego hose reel is awesome! Hose pulls out easily and retracts smoothly. It came well packaged. Easy to install. No leaks at all. I love it!!
A tried and true green bean variety. My family and extended family swear upon the Blue Lake Bush bean as the best and will always have a home in our gardens year after year.
Growing Chesnok Red garlic was a lot of fun for a first time garlic grower. The garlic was covered with straw over the winter (Michigan, zone 6a) and weeded a few times in the spring and summer but that was about it. I was worried that the bulbs would be small since the necks were so small in the spring/summer, but after harvesting the scapes on the plant the garlic grew a good amount bigger. Just a solid variety all around to grow.
I fell in love with garlic scapes recently and I wanted to grow my own garlic for them. The Music variety did very, very well in Michigan (zone 6a). Not only did I receive a ton of garlic scapes, but I also received fairly large garlic bulbs when they were ready to harvest. Migardener provided premium garlic to plant, and I got premium garlic and garlic scapes in the end!
Golden Acre Cabbage is a treat to grow. It grows faster than most and grew very well through the winter sowing technique. In my experience, the Golden Cabbages are more prone to bugs and pests than the Red Acre Cabbage, but I would still chose to grow this variety than any other cabbage variety.
